She is the author of Conflict Resolution: A Trauma Response, a potent exposé of the alchemy possible when one has plumbed the depths of human experience. Her book examines the complicated threads of being in communion with all facets and aspects present in life. It is a potent inquiry into the nervous system's intelligence, and how trauma shapes both our communication and our capacity for coherence. Her words do not just inform: they recalibrate.
